Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to provide administrative support. This role entails handling various administrative tasks, coordinating events and meetings, occasional travel arrangements, and maintaining an accurate work ethic. The ideal candidate is organized, flexible, and proficient in both English and French.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Excellence:
Execute administrative tasks with meticulous attention to detail.
Manage telephone communications and correspondence efficiently.
2. Event Coordination:
Coordinate and organize events and meetings, ensuring smooth execution.
Occasionally travel to events, arranging flights from Saanen as required.
3. Language Proficiency:
Communicate fluently in both French and English.
Proficiency in German or Schwizerdütsch is advantageous.
5. Flexible Schedule:
Flexibility to work beyond a standard 5-day, with subsequent compensation.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant with a strong focus on administrative tasks and attention to detail.
Exceptional organizational skills to coordinate events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Proficient in both French and English, with knowledge of German or Schwizerdütsch being a plus.
Flexibility to work extended hours during presence, with subsequent compensation.
Understanding of art and exhibitions would be advantageous.
Possession of a valid driving license is essential.
Live-out arrangement, working from home .
