Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic individual to join our team as a PA / Sales Assistant. The ideal candidate will be a flexible and proactive "superstar," able to adapt to seasonal demands and excel in various tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strong proficiency in written communication, particularly in managing correspondence.
- Respond to personal emails on behalf of CEO
- Schedule and coordinate appointments (RDV).
- Maintain direct contact with clients, supporting sales activities.
- Confidently accompany clients on property tours.
- Draft and prepare offers.- Languages: Fluency in German (Swiss German) and English is essential; proficiency in French is highly preferred.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant with a strong focus on administrative tasks and attention to detail.
Exceptional organizational skills to coordinate events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Proficient in both Schwizerdütsch and English, with knowledge of French being a plus.
Flexibility to work extended hours during presence, with subsequent compensation.
Understanding of art and exhibitions would be advantageous.
Possession of a valid driving license is essential.
