Your tasks:
As Managing Director, you are responsible for the overall management of the company. Your field of activity includes ensuring the smooth running of operations, the complete marketing and sales of all services, maintaining customer relationships and managing and motivating the entire team. Together with various partners, you will plan sustainable expansion while maintaining the usual high quality.
• You are a talented communicator and organizer
• You are fluent in German and English, knowledge of French is a great advantage
• You have experience with demanding international guests
• You love irregular working hours
• You have a flair for negotiation and discretion
• You are familiar with the common MS Office applications
• Ideally, you have attended a commercial apprenticeship or hotel management school.
• A committed and motivated team with a large number of long-standing employees who will support you - both in the operational and administrative areas
• Comprehensive training and support from the previous company owner
