Responsabilities

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Housekeeper to join a prestigious family in Gstaad. This role requires a highly responsible individual capable of maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the household, performing light administrative tasks, and possibly assisting with light cooking. Flexibility in work hours is essential, particularly when the family is in residence.

Responsibilities:

Housekeeping: Perform comprehensive housekeeping tasks to ensure the entire home is clean and well-maintained.
Light Administration: Handle small administrative duties such as taking photos via WhatsApp, sending invoices via email, and creating simple expense lists in Excel.
Light Cooking: Prepare light meals if possible.
Flexible Schedule: Work with flexible hours when the family is present. During their absence, compensate for hours and days worked, and typically work regular hours from Monday to Friday.
Vehicle Maintenance: Occasionally check and maintain the family’s car to ensure it is in working order.
Collaboration: Work closely with the house Concierge with the Family Offices
Errands: Run errands before and during the family’s stay.

You

Experience: Proven experience in housekeeping, ideally in luxury private homes.
Pet Friendly: Must not be allergic to cats, as the family brings their cat with them.
Driving: Must have a valid driver’s license and own a car.
Languages: Proficiency in Italian, French, English, or Spanish.
Flexibility: Ability to adapt to a flexible work schedule.
Responsibility: High sense of responsibility, treating the chalet as their own home.
Cooking: Light cooking experience is a plus.
