Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled House Manager to assume the responsibilities of House Manager. This is a role that requires a versatile and dedicated individual to manage various aspects of the household. The successful candidate will be a sole allrounder, overseeing care, light housekeeping, driving, gardening, maintenance work, and contractor coordination.
Allrounder:
Provide care and oversee light housekeeping tasks.
Manage vacuuming and maintain a clean and organized living space.
House Manager:
Ensure security measures are in place.
Handle contracting and administrative duties.
Oversee the household's overall administration.
Driver:
Responsible for driving family members, principals, and children.
Proficient in driving on snow-covered roads.
Gardener:
Maintain the garden and outdoor spaces.
Maintenance Work:
Conduct interior and exterior maintenance tasks.
Coordinator of Contractors:
Leverage a strong network in the area to coordinate various contractors.
Manage relationships with external service providers.
Previous experience as a House Manager, including security and administration responsibilities.
Versatility in caretaking, light housekeeping, and maintenance work.
Skilled driver with experience in snowy conditions.
Knowledge of gardening practices.
Strong coordination skills in managing contractors.
Fluent in either French or English (German is a plus).
